The dinner fee must be paid in advance by bank transfer or by credit card.
Information will be sent separately via email after registration.

Second page of the registration form shows the MENU! There will be a bus-shuttle to the Dinner venue.

The list of attendees provided in meeting packets will contain only the names of individuals who have registered by October 31.
